OHC has been out in the community making meaningful connections this March! 

Our team represented OHC and Woodbridge Health Services at the IDD Resource Fair and Care Parent Network event in Walnut Creek, where we shared resources and championed the importance of self-advocacy. 

We also attended the Annual Transition Conference at Chabot Community College, a joint effort between Contra Costa and Alameda counties, where we connected attendees with valuable referrals and support services.
